School of Taiji Quan

Taiji Quan more commonly known as Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese Exercise, which was developed over 800 years ago.

 

Today it commonly practiced as a method of Self-defence, keep fit, relaxation and to maintain health.

 

We have an array of aspects of Taiji to learn such as Pushing hands, Sparring forms and weapons forms as well as teaching aspects of Qi-gong, Wu Shu and some aspects of Kung fu.

 

We are a recognised school with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain and our instructors have been assessed and approved by this body.

Mondays 6pm - 7pm

The New Dance Studio, Bramhall Street, Hyde Technology School, Off Old Road, Hyde, Cheshire.

Wednesdays 6pm - 7pm
